The Yemen army on Monday launched an offensive on the positions of the Saudi-backed mercenaries in Yemen’s central province of Bayda, a military official disclosed.
The army forces were able to restore and secure positions of the mercenaries in Horan front of Qanyah district.
The army killed and injured dozens of the mercenaries in the attack, destroying a military vehicle and seizing military equipment, the official added.
